VENUS Saanich Inlet Node: Back in Black!

The Node that brought VENUS online more than five years ago is back. Fully upgraded as part of the Leading Edge Fund Phase II grant by the manufacturer, OceanWorks International Inc. The Node now has a doubled capacity to plug in instruments with 8 science ports, a Hybrid fibre/electrical port to support the OTTB, and fully redundant control and switching electronics.
