Since October 1 2010 we have had an overload of data requests on our Download Data page – which is great! Users can continue to request data, but please keep in mind our system is not yet equipped to handle such a large volume of requests. We will be upgrading our system this year. If you are having trouble downloading data or see the ‘No Data Available’ message displayed immediately after clicking on ‘Search Now’, please refresh the page, re-enter your search criteria and try again. With such a large number of requests submitted it will take more time to deliver your data product so please be patient. Thanks for your understanding!
