Brief data outages in Saanich Inlet on Thursday August 12th and Friday August 13th due to maintanence on the OTTB

The Saanich Node will be powered down briefly on Friday August 13 in the morning and again in the afternoon due to maintenance on the OTTB.

On August 12th, the data gaps are approximately:
- 16:13 – 16:30 UTC ~17 minutes
- 17:02 – 17:13 UTC ~11 minutes

On August 13th, data gaps are approximately:
- 16:59 – 17:20 UTC ~21 minutes
- 19:58 – 20:38 UTC ~39 minutes
