The VENUS User Guide is a living document that changes as the system evolves. It informs users about access to the system both virtually and physically. The document also includes policy information and the Facility’s mechanisms of conflict resolution. The latest version is 1.9.
Primary changes are:
- incorporation of new information in the document, including: compatibility with Neptune Canada and MARS, P.I. insurance requirements
- revise links, more links to new website pages
- less static info, more links to current information on the website
