Live ocean data from the VENUS network are now available in the NANOOS (Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing System) data Visualization System. The new system allows explorers to access and compare ocean data from multiple sources and locations. Data from the VENUS subsea laboratories augments surface buoys measurements collected from a series of sites on the west coast of North America.
